Once an order is dispatched and in transit, we cannot cancel the order, but you may return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If your order is canceled under any of these circumstances, we will notify you via email and provide a full refund, unless otherwise specified. In the case of a pricing error, the correct price will be communicated to you, and you may choose to proceed with the purchase at the updated price.

What Happens After My Order is Canceled?

Once your order is successfully canceled, the following actions will occur:

  • Refund Process: If your order has been paid for and is canceled, a full refund will be issued to the payment method you used during checkout. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • No Shipping Charges: If you cancel an order before it has been shipped, no shipping charges will apply. If shipping charges were paid, they will also be refunded in full.
